We read every message. The most helpful thing you can send us is a correction: if a code on the site is wrong or a suburb is missing, tell us and we will check it and fix the listing.

Reporting a wrong or missing code

Please include the suburb, the town or city, the code you expected, and where you saw it (for example a municipal account or a letter from the Post Office). That lets us check the correction quickly.

What we cannot help with

ZarPostalCodes is an independent website. We cannot track parcels, change your address with the Post Office, or answer questions about PO Box rentals or deliveries. For those, please contact the South African Post Office or your courier directly.
